Registering for one of our courses... >

Register online by clicking on "Courses" in the menu to the right, selecting the course you're interested in, and clicking on "View Course Details". You'll then be able to click on the "Enroll Now" button. If the course is already fully booked there will be a "course Full" message instead of the enroll now button.

Please make sure you let us know your travel, accommodation and catering requirements.

If you are having difficulty registering online, please feel free to download the registration form and fax it to us on 04 495 2299.

Once we have received your registration form we will then send an invoice to your school or employer (or to you personally if you so specify).

Travel Information...

Subject to financial constraints TRCC will pay travel for most teachers attending courses. This usually involves either:

• a return airfare for those travelling more than 200km who enrol and pay before the Early Bird date, or a reimbursement of 50% of ticket price for those who enrol or pay after the Early Bird date or

• reimbursement of one return bus fare for those travelling between 50 and 200km each way to the course and for those travelling over 200kms who choose to take their car.

The following expenses are the responsibility of members:

  travel to and from airport, incidental expenses en route and transportation of cars on Cook Strait Ferry.

Air Travel...

If you have registered and paid prior to the Early Bird date then we will book your flights. We will be in touch by email no later than six weeks prior to the course to check flight times with you. Please note flights will not be booked if we have not received payment of your registration fee. If you have registered and / or paid after the Early Bird date you are required to book your own flights and we will reimburse you half your ticket amount after the course upon receipt of a claim form and a copy of your ticket invoice.

If you are organising your own land travel please fill in a claim form at the course and hand it to one of the organisers.

We will send you a ‘Welcome Pack' around one month prior to the course, letting you know; what to bring, enclosing a map and travel details etc.
