| A course for Beginning Pacific Island Educators In Early Childhood, Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Sectors
| This course is designed for new and beginning Pacific educators from the Early Childhood, Primary, Secondary and Tertiary sectors. This course explores the significant ways that Pacific educators can make a difference to student achievement. It offers an opportunity to:
• find out more about effective teaching and learning practices to engage students; • query what it means to be a professional Pacific educator or practitioner; and • develop an individual plan in leadership development and pathways to management roles
The objectives are: • To investigate best practice for Pacific educators and learners • To explore a range of career pathways for Pacific educators • To participate in a professional learning community of Pacific educators
