Fees
An invoice will be sent to your school/institution on receipt of this application.
The "Early bird" fee applies for all fees paid before the Early Bird
closing date.
The "Full course" fee applies for all fees paid after the Early Bird
closing date.
If, due to time constraints, you wish to send payment immediately you can either:
- send a cheque to T.R.C.C. , PO Box 12-381, Wellington
- or make a payment directly into our account,

Refunds (Made providing there are no travel cancellation penalties)
Our Refunds Policy has changed
- Full refund of fees for withdrawals up to the Course Registration Closing Date.
- 50% refund of fees for withdrawals after the Course Registration Closing Date and up
to 3 weeks before the course commences.
- No refunds for withdrawals within the three weeks prior to the course commencing.

Our Free Travel Policy has changed
Subject to budget limitations TRCC will pay for most teachers' travel to attend courses.
Flights:
• As you are booking after the Early Bird cutoff date () you are required to book your own flights. Half your ticket price will be reimbursed upon receipt of your invoice along with a claim form after the course. Claim forms will be handed out at the course, or can be downloaded online from the Post-Course Resources page.
Land Travel
• Please make your own arrangements. Reimbursement equivalent to a return bus fare will be made upon receipt of your invoice along with a claim form after the course. Claim forms will be handed out at the course, or can be downloaded online from the Post-Course Resources page.
Travel assistance is not available for travel of up to 50km each way to a course
The following expenses are your responsibility
- Taxi fares, local bus and suburban rail fares
- Meals and/or accommodation en route
- Transportation of cars on Cook Strait Ferry
